Yes, and that's by design. The Mac App Store gives you a smoother, safer experience — Apple handles the purchase, the download, and your privacy, so your information stays protected.
Which audio formats are supported?
All apps support MP3, AAC, M4A, WAV, FLAC, and AIFF. AudioCraft's converter additionally handles OGG, Opus, MP2, Matroska Audio, and can extract audio from video files (MP4, MKV). MP3Gain and MySonicFlow also support FLAC and most other common formats for gain adjustment.
Does it work on Apple Silicon Macs?
Yes. All four apps are Universal binaries with native support for both Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3, M4) and Intel processors. They take full advantage of Apple Silicon performance and efficiency.
