1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using any SEASOFT software product, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Licensed Application End User License Agreement provided by Apple. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. App Store Distribution

All SEASOFT products are distributed exclusively through the Mac App Store. Your purchase, download, and use of the software are subject to Apple's terms and policies applicable to the Mac App Store.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Paid features and subscriptions offered within SEASOFT apps are processed by Apple. All billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests are handled through your Apple ID account and are subject to Apple's policies.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Apple's EULA, SEASOFT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on any Mac that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEASOFT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the software, including but not limited to loss of data or audio files.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
