End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Apple Standard EULA

All SEASOFT products are distributed exclusively through the Mac App Store. Your use of the software is governed by the Licensed Application End User License Agreement provided by Apple, which constitutes the primary license agreement between you and SEASOFT.

2. Supplementary Terms

In addition to the Apple Standard EULA, the following terms apply:

• You may install and use the software on any Mac that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's usage rules associated with your Apple ID.
• All audio processing performed by the software is executed locally on your device. Audio files are never uploaded to or processed on external servers.

3. Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. SEASOFT retains all title, copyright, and intellectual property rights in the software, including all code, graphics, user interface, and documentation.

4. Restrictions

In addition to restrictions set forth in Apple's EULA, you may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Modify or create derivative works of the software.
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings.
• Rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the software.

5. Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Subscription-based access terminates when the subscription period ends and is not renewed.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

To the extent not covered by Apple's EULA, the software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. SEASOFT disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEASOFT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the software, including loss of data or audio files.
